MotorCycle Holdings Limited, a prominent player in the Australian motorcycle retail and wholesale sector, has announced a record-breaking sales revenue of $650 million for the fiscal year 2025.
This figure represents an 11.6% increase compared to the previous year, underscoring the company's robust growth trajectory in a competitive market.

The company's financial report highlights several key achievements:

  • Sales revenue increased by 12% to $328 million in the first half of FY25, driven by an 11% rise in both new and used retail vehicle sales and a 17% growth in wholesale distribution businesses.
  • Operating gross profit rose by 10% to $82.8 million.
  • Underlying EBITDA saw a 20% increase, reaching $26.2 million.
  • Net profit after tax climbed by 43% to $9.4 million.
  • Net bank debt was reduced by 36% to $24.2 million.

These impressive figures reflect the company's strategic initiatives and strong market presence. The growth in new motorcycle sales is particularly noteworthy, as it significantly outpaces the national market's modest 1% increase during the same period.

MotorCycle Holdings' success can be attributed to several factors:

  • Effective inventory management, leading to a 5% reduction in inventory since June 2024.
  • Enhanced business efficiencies through the implementation of new systems, such as the Cassons business systems.
  • A diversified product range catering to a broad customer base.

Looking ahead, the company remains cautiously optimistic for the second half of FY25, aiming to sustain its growth momentum and continue delivering value to shareholders and customers alike.
