The Marina Industries Association (MIA) has unveiled the comprehensive program for Marinas26, its biennial conference and trade exhibition, scheduled for 24-27 May 2026 at the RACV Royal Pines Resort on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
Embracing the 'Future Smart' theme, the event aims to delve into emerging trends and technologies poised to reshape the marina and boatyard sector across the Asia-Pacific region.

Marinas26 will bring together approximately 400 industry leaders, including marina owners, operators, and suppliers, to discuss the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in marina operations. The conference will explore how AI can enhance efficiency, sustainability, and customer experience within the industry.

The event kicks off with a Welcome Function on Sunday, 24 May, followed by two full days of conference sessions and a trade exhibition. The program includes keynotes, panel discussions, and an innovators showcase, providing attendees with insights into the latest advancements in marina technology and management practices.

One of the focal points of the conference is the application of AI in predictive maintenance, customer service automation, and data-driven decision-making. Experts will share case studies and best practices on implementing AI solutions to optimize marina operations and improve profitability.

In addition to the conference sessions, Marinas26 offers Facility Study Tours on Wednesday, 27 May, allowing delegates to visit local marinas and observe firsthand the implementation of innovative technologies and sustainable practices.
