Construction has commenced on Pier 25 at The Boat Works on the Gold Coast, marking a significant expansion of one of Australia's largest marine maintenance and refit facilities.
This architect-designed, multi-storey development will house marine showrooms, office suites, and crew accommodation upon its completion in late 2026.

Marine Solutions Australia (MSA), a marine engineering and technical services company, has been confirmed as the first tenant, establishing its headquarters and showroom within the new development. MSA provides mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical engineering services, along with refit capabilities and 24/7 breakdown support for various vessels.

The decision to establish a presence at Pier 25 aligns with MSA's operational footprint, as a significant portion of their work is conducted at The Boat Works. This move is expected to enhance their service delivery and customer engagement within the marine precinct.

For boat owners and marine industry professionals, the development of Pier 25 signifies a strengthening of infrastructure and services available on the Gold Coast. The expansion is poised to attract more businesses and clients, fostering growth and innovation within the local marine sector.
